Today Well Roasted Coffee is venturing outdoors and have a stall at the Kettering Foodie Market. This allows local producers to display and sell their wares - coffee in my case. Took a little gift of a Zimbabwe AA Pezeru green bean and decided to roast for my tasting. Lovely looking smoothly milled green bean nice grassy aroma. It seems to have roasted well with a large smooth even colour. Just hope it tastes as good as it looks - will give some feedback next week after the tasting.
